Daniels Vending has integrated technology called Cantaloupe Systems in our business. This technology sends live-time data from each of our machines to an online database that can be accessed by our staff from any computer/online device.
This system will alert our office of any problems with our machines (dollar jams, stuck product, etc.) at the moment it occurs. This allows us to be aware of issues before we receive a call from a customer.
With our online machine technology, we receive live-time notification when any row of product is low. This allows us ample time to notify our driver, giving him the opportunity to fill the selection before it becomes empty.
Closely monitoring this information enables us to respond as quickly as possible to any issues that may arise, which will minimize machine down-time and ensure customer satisfaction.
